TTW is the best way to play 3, even if you don't plan on playing NV with the same character. Not exactly sure what your asking, but I think your trying to install two separate instances of fnv for a ttw version. Ttw requires both fnv and fo3, working off of fnv's engine. You could use ttw to have access to fo3, but I'm not sure if you could make another instance of fnv. I would love to know personally. true.
