You can buy a threaded barrel for the regular p365 from true precision and you will just have to remove the thread protector when you put it in the slide. The Xmacro with its 17 rd grip is not concealable at all. It’s worse than Glock 19 to conceal. So if that’s what you are considering get a Glock 19 MOS. P365 XL is the subcompact that is comparable to 43x. The P365 XL has a more compact grip than 43x MOS by about 1/4” which makes a difference for concealability.The X Macro TacPac is the non-compensated version. 3.7" barrel with XL size slide and 17 round grip module.
