New member. 07-07-2014 12:07 AM. I'm trying to use HP's Recovery Manager to restore my hard drive to the original factory settings. When going into Recovery Manager via "F11" during computer startup, all of the options are greyed out except, "Run Computer Checkup." Inside that option, all options are greyed-out except, "Open a command prompt."
