Turning up the fuel really requires not special tools at all. Just remove the cover on the IP gear housing and get the dowel at 12 O'clock. Remove the cover of the passenger's side of the IP and use a 5/32 allen to turn the screw clockwise. BUT, YOU GOTTA HAVE A PYRO FIRST.Most had heavy commercial bodies during sale. Hydro on a 250/350 with f super rabs delete locks the rear wheels easier than vacuum. F350 Pump w/ F Super Res - Worse than the vacuum w/ rabs delete. Hydro has a spongier feel in general but you can tell they wouldn’t roll off the lot like this.I'd guess that the harness at the tank selector is what you'd need to rewire. Determine which pair of wires goes to the sender for the tank that you are going to keep and wire those directly to the sender in that tank.
