I would consult other load manuals such as Sierra or go online at Nosler and you should find the 7 08 and 150 grain bullet this will give you a minimum and maximum starting point for the several powders that would be listed. My Sierra manual shows minimum of IMR 4350 37.7 2400fps and maximum of 44.2 2700 fps.
