A 20% speed boost would put you leaps and bounds ahead of people who don't have the opportunity to imprint (let alone breed), and you can forget about wild dinos. Posted March 8, 2017. Imprinting raises the actual stats, first of all. Your ptera probably hatched with like 320% melee and got up to 350% with the imprinting you did. You'll get an additional invisible bonus when you're riding it, 30% damage and damage reduction if it's 100% imprinted, so 15-16% for you.
