The magazine rebate makes the shield Plus look like a great value, one 10 round magazine and four 13 round magazines after rebate is nice. I'd add a 15rd magazine so I'd have three until the rebate ships. The problem is, I've been primarily a Glock person for almost 30 years.

With the 8 round mag in the Shield, they are both have the same grip length. The Shield is thinner and barrel/slide is shorter. The Shield feels smaller and carries tighter to the body for me.
