I just got a cyberpower tracer III and the keyboard back lighting doesn't seem to be working at all anyone have any solutions on how to get it to change color... its a windows 10 laptop. Having the same issue and starting to wonder if the laptop even has the capability to change the keyboard color.Click on the Advanced at the top of the screen. Click on "AMD fTPM configuration". Find the option Selects TPM device. Click the Dropdown option to the right. Select Enabled Firmware TPM to activate it. Now the line item should say Selects TPM device [ Enable Firmware TPM].
