The same seems to be true of bed and breakfasts. There is only one B&B that is 5 dots but it doesn’t seem to have reviews past 2017. I recommend you to stay there at least three full days. If you have more time, you can consider the idea to visit the beautiful castles near the city, such as Frederiksborg (wonderful!) or perhaps going to Malmo (a small but so nice city in Sweden- almost 15 minutes by train from Copenhagen).
