When I'm trying to capture a thrall clearly stronger than myself, I put a truncheon in my current thrall hands and he pulls it out, cool. Then he just chases the NPC around with it and never swings. Not cool.T3 thralls will enable new recipes in most workstations. T4 (named like yours) do craft even faster. And some of them are really special and will craft stuff that no other thrall will craft.
